How many guests can you sleep at Dairy Barns?

In the bed and breakfast we can host up to 18 adults and an additional 8 children. In our 2 holiday cottages we can welcome 6 people per cottage. In total 38 guests.

Is Breakfast included?

Breakfast in included in every stay at the main bed and breakfast, take a look at our menu We are very happy to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any specific requirements please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If you are staying in the holiday cottages we can offer breakfast, subject to availability and an additional charge.

How far away is the Beach?

Sea Palling Beach is 15 minutes walk from the holiday cottages and a 30 minute walk from the bed and breakfast, there are footpaths and farm tracks so you do not need to walk on the road. Horsey gap seal colony is a 10 minute drive away.

Is there WiFi?

We have a fibre connection for our broadband which is fast and reliable. The mobile phone signal is poor, however most mobile phones now offer WiFi calling.

Is there secure parking?

We have plenty of car parking and undercover parking available. If you have a large van, or are towing a trailer etc please let us know as we can park you in the farmyard.

Do we need a car?

There is very limited public transport so a car is advisable. In the summer months some guests arrive by bike or hire bikes to be delivered here if they do not have a car. We can also arrange Helicopter landing on the farm.

Are bed linen and towels included?

In both the cottages and in the bed and breakfast we provide bed linen and towels. We do prefer it if you bring your own beach towel.

Do our rates change during the year?

Prices do vary throughout the year and we also have various special offers. We will always offer a better price when booking direct rather than through booking agents such as Expedia and booking.com as they charge us a large commission.

Is there a pub in walking distance?

From the cottage you can walk to Sea Palling where there is a bar, 2 cafes and a fish and chip shop. There is not a pub in walking distance to the Dairy Barns, but there are lots of great places to eat nearby and we have a very reliable local taxi service, Stripes Express

Is Dairy Barns dog friendly?

We love dogs and have 2 of our own and guests are welcome to bring dogs to Dune View Cottage and Willow Farm Cottage, we don’t welcome dogs to the main bed and breakfast.
